Unveiled in Anzac Ave, Seymour, the plaques honour the service of veterans of British Commonwealth Occupation Forces, Iraq 1 and 2, Timor-Leste, Afghanistan, peacemakers and peacekeepers.
These servicepeople have upheld and enhance the traditions of the ANZACs in recent times and the Seymour RSL hope these plaques show in some small way our nation’s appreciation for their work.
Present were three men currently serving — Corporal Brent Dawson, Gunner Gavin Hunt and Lance Bombardier Joel Brennan.
