Gang comes to life

By Seymour Telegraph

Seymour Performers Workshop is excited to announce its youth production for 2019 is You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown.

Charles Schulz’s beloved comic comes to life in Clark Gesner’s re-imagined musical.

This hilarious, award-winning musical will be staged at the Schoolhouse Theatre during the April school holidays.

In this revised version, with additional music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and dialogue by Michael Mayer, the sweet, joyful innocence of the Peanuts gang is maintained, but a fresh insouciance and playfulness is revealed.

Join Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Sally and Snoopy as they navigate through the trials and tribulations, laughter and love of childhood.

Auditions will be held on Thursday, January 31, and Sunday, February 3.

Performers aged between 12 and 20 are welcome to audition for the beloved childhood classic roles.
