A family visiting the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo from Euroa has enjoyed a stroke of luck and won a quad bike worth more than $2000 after filling out just a single ticket in a promotional competition run by Neil Beer.

Krissy Thomson, her husband Tyson, and children Bailey, 10, and Olivia, 7, had been checking out some of the quad bikes on display from the dealership and were about to leave when they decided to fill in the lucky ticket which ultimately netted them a Polaris Outlaw 50cc quad bike valued at $2395.

Neil Beer sales consultant Justin Glen said he could hear the kids squealing with excitement in the background at the mention of ‘‘Polaris’’ when he rang the family to deliver the good news.

‘‘They’ve just purchased an acre and Bailey especially is looking forward to inspecting the boundaries on his new ATV,’’ he said.
