The male is described as Caucasian with tattoos on his left hand, knuckles and shins.
He was wearing blue shorts, Nike runners, an Adidas hooded sweater and a thick silver necklace with a square pendant on it.

Arrested for drug possession
On December 22 about 5 am on Emily St, Seymour, Seymour police intercepted a 26-year-old Whittlesea man.
A search of the man's vehicle was conducted and a small amount of a drug of dependence was located inside.
The man was arrested and conveyed to Seymour Police Station where he was processed for possession of a drug of dependence and bail offences.
The man was remanded into police custody.
On December 18 at 9.10 am, a 20-year-old Avenel man attended the Seymour Magistrates’ Court with a large bag of belongings.
A search of his bag was conducted by court security and a small amount of a drug of dependence was located.
The man was arrested and conveyed to Seymour Police Station where he was processed and charged for possessing a drug of dependence.
The man will appear at Seymour Magistrates’ Court early this year.
Damage to house
On December 19 about 1.30 am, a victim was asleep in his house in High St, Seymour and was awoken to his front window being smashed.

Burglary
Between 5 pm on December 14 and 7 am December 15, unknown offenders gained access to the workshop of a shop in High St, Seymour by kicking a panel on the rear door.
The offenders stole various watches and clock parts to the value of $250.
